Overview As Director, Product Builder, you will operationalize Visa's AI-enabled product development platform at enterprise scale, driving governance, adoption, and measurable business value. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Operations, and exec leadership to scale platform usage across the product organization. You'll lead cross-functional execution, streamline workflows, and accelerate idea-to-launch cycles through agentic AI and automation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role shaping how teams work with AI across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities- Own platform roadmap execution with new capabilities and integrations
- Establish governance, processes, and success metrics for scalable growth
- Prioritize initiatives balancing impact, feasibility, and readiness
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and user engagement
- Lead global user adoption, onboarding, enablement, and change management
- Embed AI-driven workflows into daily practices with product leaders
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Support, and Operations
- Remove barriers, manage dependencies, and drive alignment
- Identify AI opportunities to automate and improve product workflows
- Scale best practices for AI in discovery, development, and lifecycle
- Define KPIs and operating metrics for adoption, productivity, and outcomes
- Provide executive reporting on platform value and impact
- Partner with senior leaders to shape long-term AI-enabled product development strategy
- Offer thought leadership on generative AI and agentic workflows
- Influence investment and prioritization with data-driven insights
- Represent the platform in executive discussions and strategic planning
Key requirements- 8+ years in product management, product operations, program leadership, or platform management
- Proven success delivering cross-functional, large-scale initiatives in enterprise environments
- Experience driving adoption, enablement, readiness, and organizational change
- Experience building operating models, governance, and performance management
- Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, agentic workflows, and emerging tech trends
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on technically complex solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or regulated industries preferred
