Vice President of Operations

In this VP of Operations role, you will steer plant-wide operations to boost productivity and accountability while preserving essential systems. You'll lead across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, logistics, and HR to improve delivery performance and quality. You will drive continuous improvement and develop leaders to foster a high-performance culture. This role offers the chance to shape operational excellence in an established manufacturing environment in the Binghamton area.

• Lead daily operations across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, logistics, and HR
• Improve productivity, equipment uptime, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance
• Drive accountability, develop leaders, and build a high performance culture
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer commitments are consistently achieved
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining proven operational systems
• Oversee engineering and maintenance projects to ensure timely completion

• 8+ years of manufacturing operations leadership
• Experience leading multiple operational functions
• Background in high mix, low volume, configure to order, or make to order manufacturing
• Strong ERP experience including production planning, scheduling, BOMs, and routings
• Proven success improving productivity, equipment uptime, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience preferred
