Overview In this role you will lead the Picking team in a large distribution operation, driving accurate and timely outbound orders. You will work closely with shipping and the Shift Manager to safeguard inventory integrity and safety while optimizing space and workflow. Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Picking team, including hiring, training, and professional growth
- Supervise picking and shipping of outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Optimize warehouse space and maintain a clean, orderly environment
- Collaborate with shipping and Shift Manager to ensure inventory integrity and work quality
- Ensure warehouse security and associate safety; report incidents to branch management
Key requirements- Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory)
- Past management, supervisory, or people leadership experience (Warehouse Manager/Supervisor role preferred)
- OSHA knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution center with focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy
