Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings

In this role you lead on-site delivery of healthcare-building projects, aligning with program objectives and client expectations. You oversee project development from conception to completion, manage scope, cost, schedule, and safety, and provide leadership to engineers and construction teams. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive project success. • Oversee overall project delivery from conception through completion
• Provide construction oversight to Owners Representatives (OARs) and resolve complex issues
• Manage material flow, schedule, cost, and scope to meet program objectives
• Lead and mentor project engineers and construction teams to ensure performance and growth
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and governance
• Ensure safety compliance and alignment with project and client requirements
• Coordinate pre-design and pre-construction activities and vendor interactions
• Apply contract management knowledge (GMP/Lump Sum) and diverse project delivery methods

• 12+ years of related design and construction project management experience in education or healthcare buildings
• Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, building systems, contracts (GMP/Lump Sum), and project delivery methods
• Experience with vendor procurement, change orders, budget and schedule management, and client relationship management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Desirable: CCM certification, Design Assist Delivery experience
