Overview In this Finance Director role in Austin, you will support Business Development and the Quote team with financial analysis and modeling to drive strategic opportunities. You will develop financial models, ROI analyses, and executive summaries for major quotes, and extend financial analysis to GAM and other teams as needed. You will collaborate with global teams, handle unstructured data, and mentorFinance team members to strengthen our financial acumen. Your work will underpin strategic growth and value creation within Flex's Commercial Operations.

Responsibilities- Support Business Development in major quotes with financial analysis and modeling
- Develop unique financial models and ROI analyses for strategic opportunities
- Review FGCM outputs and prepare executive summaries as required
- Assist with complex pricing templates and documentation in quotes
- Provide broader financial analysis (volumes, inventory, cash) beyond quotes
- Produce ad-hoc analytics and support finance training
- Present quotes/models for executive review and approval
- Work with global teams and adapt to changing workloads
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business or related field (or equivalent)
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years in Finance Management
- Experience in Business Operations preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA
- Strong understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers and finance fundamentals
- Experience with FGCM, OneStream and Salesforce CRM is a plus
