Overview In this role you will lead and deliver UKG transformations as part of KPMG's Advisory Services, shaping strategy, design and implementation of Workforce Management initiatives across industries. You will partner with executives to set strategic roadmaps, drive process improvements, and leverage data analytics to produce high-quality client outputs. This position offers depth in UKG Pro/Ready/Dimensions and a chance to influence large-scale transformation programs within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities- Sell and deliver UKG transformations (Pro, Ready, Dimensions) and related strategy and innovation projects across multiple industries, with emphasis on Workforce Management.
- Own and lead client projects focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation; develop strategic roadmaps and implement them; plan design sessions with executives; produce high-quality, data-informed work products for client presentations.
- Contribute to proposal development and new business activities, creating go-to-market materials and new solutions; nurture relationships with client leaders to support full project lifecycle.
- Deliver process improvement and transformation projects spanning operations within UKG-based Workforce Management; collaborate on technology-enabled solutions and analytics with industry expertise.
- Participate in client projects both independently and in teams; conduct requirements gathering, data-driven insights, and process mapping to drive outcomes.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment
Key requirements- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Operating Model strategy, competencies development, performance management, and Workforce Management & Planning; Big 4 experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree a plus; preferred concentrations include business, IT, economics, finance, industrial engineering.
- Proven experience leading teams and projects; ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with large data sets and data warehousing; proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI; UKG Dimensions experience is a plus.
- Proven expertise and certifications in UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions modules (HR, payroll, scheduling, analytics, etc.).
