Overview

In this role you will drive GPS Innovation strategy for Consumer, Retail, Private Banking and Wealth Management and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in payments. You will translate client pain points into concepts, define test-and-learn plans, and partner with product to prototype and phase-commercialize solutions. You will manage large corporate client portfolios, monitor payment performance, and lead cross-functional resolution efforts to improve outcomes and revenue. This position combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead relationship management for a portfolio of large corporate clients, coordinating with treasury, payments and service teams
  • Monitor payment performance across data sources and translate insights into actions to improve outcomes
  • Lead client reviews, resolve complex payment issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts
  • Build executive-level relationships and prepare client-facing performance reporting and reviews
  • Maintain awareness of payments industry trends and developments
  • May manage associates and contribute to process/data improvement and talent development
Key requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant business experience with basic financial modeling
  • Proven experience managing client relationships for payment products and services
  • Ability to interpret payment performance data and service metrics from multiple sources
  • Experience analyzing fraud and chargeback performance and coordinating remediation with clients and teams
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate across product, operations, technology and service teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
