Manager - Treasury M&A and Transformation

Overview

You will drive treasury transformation and M&A initiatives for clients, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize treasury functions. You'll lead delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes while expanding service offerings. This role combines client leadership, solutioning, and development of methodologies to deliver cash, liquidity, and risk-management improvements. It's a chance to shape senior-level client engagements and contribute to Deloitte's finance transformation agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute treasury M&A and transformation services focused on cash and liquidity management, banking, intercompany, trade, and risk management
  • Lead engagement teams and act as a primary liaison between Deloitte and client teams to achieve cross-functional outcomes
  • Own project plans, budgets, and deliverables with quality and timeline governance
  • Lead client communications, relationship development, and retention as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and refine tools, methodologies, and assets for project delivery
  • Coach and mentor consulting staff for professional growth
  • Drive service expansion through leadership in sales, proposals, and new business strategies
Key requirements
  • BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field
  • 6+ years of consulting or corporate treasury experience with transformation/M&A focus
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, FX, and funding
  • Experience leading treasury transformations, M&A, or Treasury management system implementations
  • Experience managing project teams, budgets, and client relationships
  • Ability to travel 40% on average
  • Limited visa sponsorship may be available
