Overview In this TO60 Project Engineering role, you will support the C2BMC program's technical PM activities, coordinating milestones, risk management, and briefings to keep TO60 on track within the larger missile defense system. You'll work with the Solution Chief and cross-functional teams to ensure Agile data, performance metrics, and lifecycle activities meet program goals. This position offers the chance to shape execution across sustainment and development efforts on a globally deployed system.

Responsibilities- Define program milestones and capabilities for TO60 within the SOW and ECPs
- Assist in monitoring TO60 capability implementation
- Maintain Agile workflow data and reflect progress
- Develop program briefings and CDRLs (planning/execution of reviews)
- Populate execution metrics and drive problem solving
- Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation plans and risk briefing
- Support ECP and Task Instruction planning, including BOE kickoff and reviews
Key requirements- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Experience with project planning, cost, schedule, & performance
- Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities
- Proven leadership to coordinate cross-functional sustainment and development efforts
- Interfacing with multiple team members
