Overview

In this role you will lead strategic and tactical initiatives for the SSD Last Mile Delivery program, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated processes. You will define program objectives, analyze data, and manage execution across teams to improve delivery performance. You will communicate with senior leadership on status, risks, and tradeoffs, while building KPI reporting and actionable insights. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, data, and technology engineering, helping accelerate faster-than-same-day delivery across North America.

Responsibilities
  • Develop overall program strategy and drive cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Define program objectives, analyze data, and quantify improvements with metrics
  • Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, AI, and data management systems
  • Design and implement reporting to enable data-driven decisions
  • Monitor metrics, create new ones, and identify process and system improvements
  • Work autonomously in ambiguous environments and manage leadership decisions
  • Bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems to minimize failure modes
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively and communicate impact to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with program managers, tech, product, science, and senior leaders on critical initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs
  • Hands-on, can-do mindset to get things done
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements
