Overview As a Program Quality Engineer on the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) program, you will drive quality and mission assurance from development through production. You will identify and manage programmatic and technical risks, lead root cause investigations, and oversee corrective actions with cross-functional teams. You'll guide quality planning, participate in audits, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure program success. This onsite role in McKinney supports a mission-driven defense program focused on advanced electronic warfare capabilities.

Responsibilities- Implement quality and mission assurance practices on the NGJ program
- Identify, contain, and manage programmatic/technical risks throughout pursuit and execution
- Verify design, development, and test requirements; support design-to-production transition
- Lead RCCA activities and supervise CABs and FRBs as needed
- Drive continuous improvement using CORE, Lean, and critical-thinking methods
- Participate in FRB reviews and resolve FRACAS items
- Develop program quality flow-downs and participate in PMR reviews
- Communicate non-conformances to customers and guide investigations and disposition
- Support FAI planning and engage with program management and customers
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of engineering experience
- Experience with IPDS/gating, command media or related processes
- Experience in risk & opportunity management and in predictive metrics
- Experience documenting nonconformances and implementing close-loop corrective actions
- Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance (citizenship required)
