Responsibilities- Build and develop a team of Sales Associates
- Train and coach employees on policies and duties
- Proactively greet customers and foster relationships
- Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
- Learn and apply store/warehouse operations knowledge
- Lead by example to achieve sales goals
- Learn installation processes to educate customers
- Track store sales goals
- Provide customers with delivery updates
- Maintain brand standards and professional conduct
- Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Use sound business practices at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Weekend availability
- 1+ years retail management experience
- Previous sales experience
- Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
