Overview As Finance Manager in NA Supply Chain Execution, you partner with cross-functional teams to own end-to-end controllership and financial storytelling for key planning processes. You drive cost transparency, scalable mechanisms, and insights that inform VP-level decisions. You operate with autonomy across multiple planning cycles and influence a broad network without direct authority. You'll shape cost and speed trade-offs in a fast-moving, customer-centric operation and push for data-driven, scalable finance solutions.

Responsibilities- Own end-to-end financial controllership for assigned planning systems (e.g., True North, F2P, WTPSS, Skippy) ensuring accurate cost inputs and optimized network outcomes
- Serve as trusted finance advisor to S&OP partners, translating operational decisions into financial impact and actionable recommendations
- Lead planning cycle inputs and narratives for quarterly/annual cycles (OP2, QXG, OP1/3YF) with cross-functional alignment across SCOT, MTP, Capacity, Operations
- Identify, validate, and track cost savings opportunities across inbound/outbound network, building entitlement cases and ensuring accountability
- Deliver WBR/MBR insights, variance analyses, and strategic recommendations to Directors and VPs; translate data into clear narratives
- Drive cross-functional alignment across 4+ partner organizations without direct authority using data, relationships, and scalable mechanisms
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes to improve data accuracy and timeliness
Key requirements- 5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience
- Strong experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Ability to translate operational decisions into financial impact and quantify trade-offs
- Experience delivering accurate financial models and actionable recommendations with measurable impact
