Overview In this role you will shape and oversee NTAM's core investment operations, ensuring accurate positions, transactions, and cash across Eagle, Aladdin, and Archer. You'll partner with Investments, Product, Technology and other functions to run a world-class operating model and drive scalable, prudent operations across regions. You'll lead onboarding, front office support, model execution, and intermediary oversight while advancing governance, KPIs, and vendor relationships. This is a strategic leadership role aimed at transforming operations through people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities- Lead core investment operations functions across clients, accounts, and funds (onboarding, system set-ups, front office support, rebalancing, model execution, intermediary oversight)
- Oversee follow-the-sun operations and standardization across regions with global functional reporting
- Collaborate to design future-state operating models and capabilities to support evolving business needs
- Leverage technology and AI to advance the roadmap for business and technology alignment
- Define service levels, governance, and controls to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
- Manage vendor relationships with brokers, prime brokers, custodians, transfer agents, and fund accountants
- Strengthen first line of defense through process documentation and continuous improvement
- Oversee applications and data (proprietary or vended) and provide spend-related leadership
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure function effectiveness and value delivery
- Hire, develop, and retain talent to build bench strength and resilience
Key requirements- Deep understanding of investment management, asset classes, and investment/financial tech in a large Asset Management or Asset Servicing environment
- Experience leading onshore and offshore teams, recruiting and developing staff
- Knowledge of investment operations, cash processes, trading practices, analytics, strategy development, facilitation, and consensus building
- Proven ability to influence across networks and unlock opportunities to improve operations
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiation and vendor management expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to executives
- Experience with digital and automation-driven transformation for efficiency and scale
