Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end manufacturing test ecosystem for enterprise hardware, from prototypes to high-volume production. You will partner with hardware, firmware, and process teams to ensure high-quality, scalable test solutions that boost uptime and throughput. Your work will shape test strategy and automation across server and rack-level integration, directly impacting AI infrastructure delivery. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values bold ideas and ownership to completion. Responsibilities
  • Architect, develop, and maintain the manufacturing test infrastructure for AI server hardware from board-level validation to rack integration
  • Design and maintain production test software and automation frameworks (Python, Bash) including data collection and reporting
  • Develop automated test processes and self-healing capabilities to reduce manual intervention and improve first-pass yield
  • Define modular test strategies with pass/fail criteria and apply statistical process controls
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Monitor test yield, triage test-station failures, and lead weekly quality reviews
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, process, quality, and operations teams to align test requirements
  • Guide fixture and infrastructure design and manage RFQ processes for test solutions
  • Support NPI by developing test solutions from concept to production ramp
  • Sustain and improve deployed test systems and maintain test procedure documentation
  • Provide design-for-test feedback to hardware/firmware teams to improve future platforms
Key requirements
  • 2+ years of non-internship software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience programming in at least one modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby)
  • 3+ years designing or architecting (patterns, reliability, scaling) of systems
  • Knowledge of networking, storage, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering
  • Experience with test automation and production-like environments
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Experience in an Agile environment and automating large-scale infrastructure (preferred)
