Responsibilities- Lead a team of Project Lead Engineers to deliver high-quality power quality solutions
- Oversee project execution ensuring schedule, cost, safety, and quality compliance
- Coordinate activities across system design, electrical, mechanical, controls, and studies
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and support strategic competency development
- Guide project execution practices and ensure alignment with contractual commitments
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and act as escalation point
- Promote health, safety, and environmental culture on projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
Key requirements- Work authorization to employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years in leadership roles (line or project management)
- 3-5 years managing large EPC turnkey projects
- Experience with HV substations or FACTS projects
- Knowledge of power electronic devices (advantage)
