Overview Join Ryan to help grow the International Income Tax practice across the U.S. You will work on planning and compliance projects for corporate clients, gaining exposure to diverse tax issues. In this role you will develop proposals, present strategies, and collaborate with Transfer Pricing colleagues to deliver client-focused solutions. You'll balance compliance work with consulting, building detailed models to quantify proposed tax outcomes. Responsibilities- Supervise the preparation of international tax forms and other compliance projects
- Assist in developing project work plans and scheduling deliverables
- Prepare client proposals, planning strategies, and ideas for presentations
- Respond to client requests and coordinate with clients to meet deliverables
- Travel to client locations to review documentation for compliance and consulting
- Prepare and review detailed models and calculations reflecting proposed tax planning and costs/benefits
- Research tax laws and regulations; produce supporting analyses and memoranda
- Collaborate with Transfer Pricing team on related reports
- Document planning ideas and processes for management review
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Economics or Finance or JD
- Two to four years tax-related experience
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be a team player
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Internet navigation and research
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel independently 30-40%
