Accounts Payable Specialist

In this role you contribute to accurate financial operations by managing accounts payable and routine receivables, ensuring timely invoice payments, and maintaining up-to-date records. You will work closely with Financial Managers, Controller, and CFO on compliance tasks and reporting, while leveraging accounting software to keep data current. This position sits within a collaborative, people-first finance team that values accuracy and accountability. You will help drive client success and professional growth through reliable financial processing and SOX-related activities.

• Collaborate with Financial Managers to perform accounting tasks and ensure accuracy
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies across ledgers and accounts
• Create daily management and team reports
• Assist with client SOX documentation and testing alongside Controller and CFO
• Document test results for quarterly and annual reviews

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
