Overview In this role you lead the Conveyancing team in Coventry and oversee a high-quality residential caseload. You will support colleagues with complex, high-value matters and act as the go-to technical expert for the team. You will mentor junior and mid-level staff while ensuring accurate, compliant conveyancing outcomes. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Coventry Conveyancing team
- Handle and supervise a high-quality residential caseload and complex, high-value matters
- Provide technical guidance and be the go-to expert for the team on conveyancing issues
- Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery across property transactions
- Coordinate with colleagues across commercial and residential practice areas as needed
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing client relationships and service delivery
Key requirements- 7PQE+ with substantial property law experience
- Experience in leading or supervising junior and mid-level staff
- Extensive experience with complex residential conveyancing
- CLC-Qualified Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor
