Overview In this role you help C-suite and leadership teams reinvent enterprise finance through AI and data strategies. You'll shape AI-driven visions, build trust with clients, and design roadmaps that turn data into growth and competitive advantage. You'll work with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI and data foundations across finance processes, delivering measurable value. Responsibilities- Shape AI, GenAI and data-driven business reinvention opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI/data integration
- Define and structure an AI & data strategy including data assets and platform blueprint
- Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundations
- Create building blocks for an AI-first organization and future-ready operating model
- Develop business case, ROI and roadmap highlighting revenue upside and cost takeout
- Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and innovative culture
- Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- Define strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
- Travel up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations
Key requirements- 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space with related skills (Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI)
- 3+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience
- 3+ years leading workstreams and delivering large-scale Finance processes/projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
- If applicable, associate degree with minimum 6 years' experience
- Strong program management and communication skills
- Driven and entrepreneurial mindset for deal origination and client engagement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
