Overview As an Outbound BDR at SolarWinds, you drive growth by proactively identifying and engaging enterprise and mid-market prospects. You operate with a multi-channel approach, leveraging AI-driven tools and a modern tech stack to spark interest and qualify opportunities for the sales team. You work closely with cross-functional teams to map accounts, deliver concise technical demos, and maintain clean CRM data. Your role supports discovery, market feedback, and pipeline health in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Responsibilities- Strategic prospecting and discovery across multi-channel campaigns
- Account mapping and research to identify decision-makers and pain points
- Technical first-touch demos to demonstrate value to technical audiences
- Lead qualification using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC
- Pipeline orchestration with 100% CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaboration with Sales
- Market intelligence feedback to Marketing and Product on objections and trends
Key requirements- 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development in SaaS or IT infrastructure
