Overview In this role you will join a nationally recognized law firm seeking attorneys with existing books of business for M&A opportunities. You will explore selling, merging, or joining the firm to leverage a collaborative national platform and provide top-tier representation to a diverse client base. You will help shape growth through strategic partnerships and meaningful trial exposure while benefiting from mentorship and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities- Assess and engage with attorneys about selling, merging, or joining the firm
- Facilitate integration of books of business into the firm's national platform
- Collaborate with cross-office teams to deliver full-service legal representation
- Support mentorship and provide meaningful trial exposure to associates
- Engage with clients across various practice areas to maintain strong relationships
Key requirements- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of legal practice experience
- Focus on practice areas excluding Insurance Defense
- Demonstrated skills in litigation and negotiation
- Existing book of business or client relationships preferred
