Overview In this role, you will administer the monthly and quarterly sales commissions, partnering with Finance, HR and Sales to ensure accurate payroll payouts. You'll process commissions in Spiff, review and validate allocations, and support Sales Operations with data and reporting. You will apply strong analytical and Excel skills to handle large data sets and deliver timely, precise compensation. This hybrid position sits in Lehi, Dallas or Houston, offering cross functional impact in a scale driven organization. You will help strengthen payroll processes and contribute to a culture of accurate, data driven decision making.

Key requirements- 5+ years of Finance, Accounting or Sales Compensation experience
- Bachelor in Finance
- Experience with Salesforce and Commissions Software
- Strong Excel for financial analytics
