Responsibilities- Participate in multiple rotations across different functional areas under mentorship
- Deliver breakthrough solutions and drive process and product innovations
- Monitor and improve existing processes to achieve cost savings, quality gains, and efficiency
- Develop leadership capabilities and maintain a safety-minded approach
- Create value for customers and contribute to Westlake's global operations
- Gain firsthand exposure to day-to-day operations and business processes during rotations
- Pursue post-program roles such as Process Engineer, Production Engineer, or Project Engineer
Key requirements- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MS optional)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC)
