Overview In this role you will support strategic initiatives across Blackstone Private Wealth and its perpetual funds platform. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive growth, scalability, and enhancements to the client experience. You will build analytical frameworks, manage cross-functional projects, and help adopt scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to shape priority strategic initiatives for growth, operational excellence, and client experience
- Develop analytical frameworks to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with perpetual fund investment teams to advance cross-platform priorities
- Support execution of cross-functional projects across investment, client coverage, operations, technology, and product
- Contribute to evaluation and adoption of AI, automation, and scalable tech-enabled solutions
- Create management reports and executive materials to support decision making
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or professional designation a plus
- 3+ years in investment banking, financial services, management consulting, private markets, wealth management, corporate strategy, or operational transformation
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
- Track record of driving projects and influencing cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused
- Interest in private markets, wealth management, and platform innovation
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with data analytics, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus
