Overview As Senior Product Owner for Wealth InFocus, you drive product development for Broadridge's next gen client communications platform. You lead the Product Development vertical, aligning cross functional teams to deliver scalable, market driving capabilities. You translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, epics, and user stories, guiding agile delivery and ensuring business value. You will shape platform modernization, integrations, and expansion into new markets, collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineering to deliver impactful releases.

Responsibilities- Own the Wealth InFocus backlog and align it with strategy and customer needs
- Act as Product Owner for one or more Scrum teams with clear direction and prioritization
- Translate vision into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead delivery of new capabilities to enhance the platform and client experience
- Coordinate with Platform, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and other teams for seamless integration
- Drive platform modernization for scalability and evolution
- Identify opportunities to expand into new market segments and industries
- Manage requirements with engineering teams, ensuring backlog readiness and prioritization
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and acceptance with Scrum Masters and engineers
- Ensure collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering to balance priorities and timelines
- Support release planning, validation, UAT, and product demonstrations
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove impediments to delivery
- Champion Agile and Scrum best practices and continuous improvement across teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities for innovation
Key requirements- 7+ years in Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Analysis
- Experience as Product Owner for Agile Scrum teams with backlog ownership and sprint planning
- Proven track record managing complex software development from concept to delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements, epics, features, and stories
- Experience prioritizing competing initiatives while balancing value, needs, and technical complexity
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision making skills
