Responsibilities- Manage products within the blockchain payments portfolio from concept to enhancement.
- Define product requirements, objectives, use cases, and success metrics for payment modernization and digital asset initiatives.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with blockchain payments strategy and business priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans with leadership support.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements and support delivery.
- Integrate blockchain payment capabilities into existing banking products and client offerings.
- Gather stakeholder requirements across business lines, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and finance.
- Support delivery activities including prioritization, feature definition, testing, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze industry trends and client needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Ensure regulatory and enterprise standards through collaboration with risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous evolution.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Key requirements- Digital Product Management experience
- Experience with blockchain technology, digital assets, tokenized payments, stablecoins, distributed ledger technology, or related infrastructure
- Knowledge of domestic and international payment systems and real-time payments
- Experience supporting product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with blockchain networks, smart contracts, or tokenized transaction models
- Experience partnering with Architects, Engineering, and enterprise tech organizations
- Strong data analytics to support decisions, business cases, and performance measurement
- Understanding of financial services regulatory, compliance, risk, and operational considerations
