Overview In this role you will design, build, and support a scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting platform that drives financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance management across the organization. You will work with Finance and business partners to translate requirements into robust models, dashboards, and calculations, while ensuring integration with upstream/downstream systems. Responsibilities- Design and develop Anaplan solution architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical model designs
- Build Anaplan models, modules, dashboards, and calculations aligned with requirements
- Support integration with upstream/downstream systems (data hubs, finance systems)
- Communicate insights, trends, and patterns to stakeholders
- Support deployments, testing (UAT), and documentation of solutions
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Communicate model design, assumptions, outputs, and insights to non-technical audiences
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in Accounting or Finance OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8+ years in Accounting or Finance OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 6+ years in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Familiarity with other planning/forecasting systems (e.g., BPC, EPM, or similar tools)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
