Overview As Senior Director, PMO for Private Cloud & Flex Solutions, you will lead a 25-30 person program management office and drive end to end execution of strategic initiatives across product lines and global teams. You'll optimize PMO governance, enable transparent reporting, and ensure disciplined product lifecycles from concept to end of life. You'll partner with engineering, product, sales, support, and supply chain to align priorities and mitigate risks. Responsibilities- Lead PMO governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting for predictable delivery and transparency
- Oversee lifecycle management of products from conception through end-of-life with phase-gate discipline
- Partner with engineering, product management, sales, support, and supply chain to align priorities, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for project health, risks, and business outcomes
- Drive continuous process improvements in dependency management, escalation procedures, and cross-BU coordination
- Represent the PMO in cross-functional planning forums to actively manage commitments and timelines
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global team fostering execution, transparency, and customer focus
Key requirements- Extensive experience in large-scale technical program management or related operations in complex tech environments
- 5+ years of leadership managing managers or distributed teams, preferably in cloud, software, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record transforming or running a PMO in fast-paced, multi-product settings
- Deep expertise in governance, portfolio prioritization, risk management, dependency resolution, and executive reporting
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and cloud/software delivery practices
- Proficiency with PMO tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
