Overview

As Product Manager for the Editor Desktop product line in North America, you own the product lifecycle and translate market needs into clear direction. You'll align with R&D, design, sales, and executives to keep the desktop editor competitive and customer-focused. You'll lead roadmap, market research, and release planning to drive growth and adoption. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping features and execution across cross-functional teams. A strong hook is the opportunity to influence a key desktop product used by customers across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the roadmap for Foxit Editor Desktop aligned to strategy and market needs
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback and prioritize improvements
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, including features, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release priorities
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, and management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Support product launches with release prep, training, documentation, and customer-facing explanations
  • Monitor adoption blockers, user feedback, and competitive trends to improve value and market fit
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software product management, product operations, or business enablement
  • Ability to understand customer needs, sales priorities, and market requirements
  • Experience translating feedback into clear product requirements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones
  • Customer-focused, responsive, and able to support North America business needs
