Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will translate complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic and operational decisions. You'll lead analytical initiatives, partner with business leaders, and influence cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and performance. You work with senior leaders to present conclusions and shape business strategy, leveraging data to enable autonomous, impact-focused work. Responsibilities
  • Lead large, complex analytical initiatives from problem definition to insight delivery
  • Identify opportunities, surface business questions, and recommend data-driven actions
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate trends, drivers, and outcomes
  • Translate analyses into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Act as strategic partner between analytics, technology, and business teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and influence decisions
  • Represent analytics in cross-functional forums and management presentations
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple analytics projects; delegate to junior analysts as appropriate
  • Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of analytics work
  • Leverage querying, databases, and analytical tools to extract and validate large datasets
  • Ensure data integrity and understand enterprise data environments
  • Present findings to broad audiences and tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Influence decisions by tying insights to strategy, risks, and opportunities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to independently lead analytical projects and manage priorities
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
