Overview In this role you will drive RSA Archer eGRC implementations, from requirements gathering to production deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to model workflows, integrate data feeds, and customize Archer components. You'll validate solutions via UAT, maintain platform components, and automate repetitive tasks. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position shaping governance, risk, and compliance tooling at scale.
Responsibilities- Conduct requirements gathering sessions for RSA Archer eGRC user groups
- Develop workflow models within Archer development environment
- Design datafeed integrations with MSSQL/Oracle/DB2/Filesystem/Non-Archer Tools
- Understand Archer modules: user access, roles, dashboards, field types, reports
- Create complex calculation fields to implement business rules
- Manage assessments using questionnaires and Archer reports
- Conduct user acceptance testing of workflows and modifications
- Deploy finalized Archer solutions to production environment
- Maintain Archer GRC platform components (server, SQL, Windows services, product software)
- Develop Archer data integration feeds to/from other systems
- Provide regular status updates on project plans and schedules
- Develop scripts or utilities to automate repetitive tasks
- Provide third-level troubleshooting support for security applications
- Continue to advance technical skills through ongoing education
Key requirements- Basic knowledge of the GRC domain
- Experience with RSA Archer eGRC
- Knowledge of out-of-the-box Archer solutions and modules
- Experience with data integration and multiple databases
