Overview In this role you drive scalable real estate and portfolio strategy to support Crusoe's rapid growth across office, manufacturing, and data center spaces. You'll align real estate decisions with hiring forecasts, capacity plans, and financial objectives, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize a global lease portfolio. You'll own the end-to-end lease lifecycle, from review to negotiation, while building robust governance and reporting. This position offers high impact in shaping Crusoe's global expansion and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities- Translate hiring forecasts and capacity plans into real estate recommendations across global markets
- Own master lease abstract database and track critical dates, terms, and obligations
- Lead comprehensive lease review and abstraction for office, manufacturing, data center, and cloud colocation
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions and collaborate with brokers and legal counsel
- Lead lease management for cloud colocation and data center leases (power, SLAs, interconnection, expansion rights)
- Oversee critical date management and proactive milestone actions
- Develop cash flow models, occupancy cost analyses, and lease economics for executive decision-making
- Prepare business cases and executive updates translating lease/financial data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with Workplace, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and site leadership on lease matters using Coupa workflows
- Manage broker relationships, lead negotiations, and drive favorable outcomes
- Track compliance, permits, insurance, and audits across locations; mitigate portfolio risks
- Support site selection with market analysis and financial comparisons
- Drive portfolio systems improvements and audit readiness for global lease administration
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, lease administration, or related area
- Experience managing multiple concurrent lease transactions across geographies and asset types (office and data center/colocation)
- Strong financial acumen with business cases, cash flow projections, and occupancy cost analyses
- Hands-on lease review and abstraction experience across large portfolios
- Negotiation experience with brokers and legal on commercial terms including data center-specific terms
- Experience leading or supporting lease and portfolio audits; risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional and executive partners
- Experience implementing or administering lease management software (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong modeling/analytical skills
