Overview

In this role you drive strategic value for high-priority ISV customers by shaping long-term cloud and AI adoption. You lead a cross-functional, extended team to deliver scalable, ground-breaking solutions aligned with the customer's strategy and AWS priorities. You will build CXO-level relationships, identify new opportunities, and co-create GTM programs with partners. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at scale, central to helping customers realize the benefits of cloud at large enterprise scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the account strategy for key ISV customers, coordinating a broad set of AWS resources to meet customer needs
  • Sell at the C-level and drive adoption of AWS and ISV partner products through a long-term, value-driven plan
  • Lead and orchestrate a large, extended team (including Partner, Solution Architect, and other stakeholders) to deliver customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with AWS Partner Team to ensure alignment with ISV customers' strategy and GTM programs
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, oversee enablement trainings, and coordinate account prospecting workshops
  • Oversee operational aspects of the business (e.g., SFDC), ensure executive-level engagement, and maintain strong customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with AWS executives and partner management to support broad service adoption and new lines of business
  • Advocate for the customer while aligning with AWS business needs and driving a customer-first culture
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives (business and technical)
  • Experience with AWS technologies (preferred)
  • Ability to manage high-revenue, strategically important customers
  • Hands-on approach to developing new opportunities
  • Experience leading large, extended teams and cross-functional collaboration
