Overview In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships with enterprise MSPs to drive growth and customer success. You'll shape Workday's Partner ecosystem, align with Sales and Services teams, and unlock new subscription revenue. You'll manage complex partner relationships, deliver on annual plans, and identify opportunities at scale across North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on product and services strategy, fueled by collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities- Manage the 360-degree MSP relationship including revenue, delivery quality, escalations, and innovation
- Develop and execute annual partner plans with account mapping and performance management
- Drive practice growth and go-to-market activities aligned with North America sales/services
- Identify solutions and innovations within the partner ecosystem to support product and services strategy
- Lead demand generation and source opportunities through partner channels to grow subscription revenue
- Collaborate with Partner Sales, Partner Success, Sales and Services leadership to ensure unified execution and partner success
Key requirements- 8+ years in Partner Management, Partner Development, Alliance Management, Channel Management, or related field in SaaS/Cloud/AI
- 4+ years in developing/executing partner business plans driving revenue growth and customer success
- 4+ years managing complex partner relationships, delivery quality, escalations, and performance
- Long-term relationship building across geographies and cultures
- Strategic alliance structuring and negotiation
- Go-to-market planning and customer needs assessment
- SaaS/Cloud/AI domain experience
