Overview As Principal Product Manager for G&A Data & Intelligence, you will shape data products and analytics that enable RevMed to transact, plan, forecast, and govern trusted business data. You will own ERP and Finance data initiatives (NetSuite-focused) to support launch readiness, revenue operations, inventory visibility, and financial controls, while also enabling executive decision-making. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Data, and business teams to translate workflows into scalable data products and governance. Responsibilities- Define the vision and roadmap for G&A data products and intelligence across Finance, ERP, People, Procurement, Legal, and related enterprise workflows
- Prioritize ERP and Finance data products covering general ledger, inventory, revenue recognition, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Set success metrics around close efficiency, reporting accuracy, forecast confidence, inventory visibility, and self-service usage
- Develop a Now, Next, Later roadmap balancing ERP maturity with broader G&A analytics, automation, and decision support
- Understand accounting, FP&A, Finance Ops, Supply Chain, People, Procurement, Legal, and executive stakeholders to inform product requirements
- Translate business workflows into clear product requirements and prioritized capabilities
- Decide build/buy/partner/configure/integrate options based on value, data quality, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability
- Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Security, vendors, and source-system owners to deliver priority G&A data products from NetSuite and adjacent platforms
- Clarify systems of record and reusable data products for general ledger, vendors, POs, inventory, revenue, forecasts, workforce data, contracts, and audit attributes
- Improve data quality, metadata, lineage, governance, controls, and reporting readiness across ERP, planning, HRIS, recruitment, compensation, procurement, and legal systems
- Enable self-service insights, governance, variance analysis, planning views, workflow automation, and NLP access to priority G&A data
- Leverage AI, analytics, workflow, and low-code tools to prototype concepts and validate user needs before larger investments
- Drive rollout and continuous improvement through usage metrics, feedback loops, training, and measurable workflow improvements
Key requirements- 12+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, Finance Data Products, ERP Analytics, Enterprise Data Platforms, BI, or digital transformation roles
- Strong product leadership with vision-setting, roadmapping, stakeholder influence, and measurable outcomes
- Deep experience with ERP and Finance data domains (GL, close, forecasting, revenue recognition, inventory, planning)
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms and how ERP data connects to planning and analytics
- Ability to translate cross-domain workflows (Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, People, Procurement, Legal) into scalable data products
- Judgment to choose build/buy/partner/configure/integration based on value, data quality, compliance, scalability
- Solid understanding of data quality, governance, access controls, auditability, approvals, and segregation of duties for G&A data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across business, technical, vendor, and executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Engineering, Data, or related field
