Overview As Verkada's Field Marketing Manager for the Mid-Market East, you shape regional campaigns and events to build pipeline and deepen top accounts. You partner with sales, channel leaders, and product marketing to create credible security expertise and drive market growth. Your work spans regional events, ABM programs, and partner-led initiatives, delivering measurable pipeline impact. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Partner with sales and channel leadership on regional marketing strategy and expected results
- Execute regional/local campaigns and events (Verkada-hosted events, trade shows, webinars, partner-led initiatives) to achieve pipeline goals
- Run account-based marketing programs for sales and demonstrate how reps can implement them
- Drive thought leadership and customer executive collaboration in physical security and cloud
- Advise demand generation and marketing campaigns for high impact
- Collaborate with top channel partners on marketing and customer engagement
- Coordinate with Product Marketing for positioning, messaging, assets, and advocacy
Key requirements- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events with cross-functional teams
- Experience with channel or strategic partner programs
- Strong understanding of personas driving procurement and Verkada's value proposition
- Ability to influence sales leadership and act as advisor
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven track record of creative or outbound event and demand generation programs
