Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end Alternate Payments Operations for Kinexys and eWallet, driving transformational change and scalable, compliant operation. You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and regional teams to deliver reliable payment processing, settlements, investigations, and client servicing at scale. The position focuses on operational readiness, risk controls, and continuous improvement to support growth, new products, and expanding client adoption. You will shape operating models, governance, and performance metrics to ensure top-tier client experience and control environment.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end operational ownership of Kinexys and eWallet globally
- Define and execute the operational strategy to support business growth, product expansion, and client adoption
- Design scalable operating models and organizational structures for future-state payments capabilities
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and service level objectives
- Own operational performance across transaction processing, settlements, investigations, exception management, and client servicing
- Ensure operational readiness for new products, features, clients, markets, and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and workforce strategies
- Maintain a strong operational risk and controls framework
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit standards, and issue remediation
- Lead issue management, remediation activities, and regulatory examination support
Key requirements- 10+ years of leadership experience in Payments Operations or related financial services functions
- Deep understanding of payment lifecycles, settlements, investigations, reconciliations, and client servicing
- Experience managing end-to-end payment operations in high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and ISO 20022
- Proven ability to build, scale, and transform operating models for new products and technologies
- Strong knowledge of operational risk frameworks, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior executives
- Experience leading through operational incidents and crisis response
