Overview In this role you partner with account teams to sell Saviynt's AI-powered identity security suite, focusing on governance and access controls. You will deliver technical demonstrations, craft RFx responses, and guide POCs, collaborating with product and marketing on market-ready content. You'll mentor other engineers, shape technical strategy, and drive opportunities to closure through cross-functional leadership. The position blends deep domain expertise with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities- Develop and deliver enterprise-scale technical presentations highlighting architecture, configuration simplicity, and intelligent workflows
- Articulate solution value to business and technical audiences to meet customer requirements
- Provide needs assessment, technical solutions, and hands-on support with a team of Saviynt professionals
- Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx and RFPs
- Assist bid team and product management in curating RFx responses
- Communicate with sales leadership to prioritize regional opportunities and drive them to closure
- Provide feedback and competitive intel to product management and marketing
- Ramp and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, POC scope and execution
- Travel up to 40% domestically
Key requirements- Minimum of five years of Solutions Engineering experience in Identity Governance and Administration, Cloud Security, PAM, Application GRC, or Identity Security
- Strong affinity with AI including Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI
- Good knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC) , AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer)
- Peer collaboration and domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security
