Overview As Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance you will lead the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of Oscar's enterprise compliance program. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to translate regulatory developments into actionable priorities, strengthening controls and fostering a culture of ethics. The role spans regulatory change management, investigations, policy governance, and education, with accountability to executive leadership and the board. Responsibilities- Lead and continuously improve the enterprise compliance program and multi-year strategy
- Translate priorities into operating plans, allocate resources, and drive measurable outcomes
- Anticipate regulatory developments and advise senior leaders on impact to products and strategy
- Oversee investigations, hotline, Special Investigations Unit, and remediation actions
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, Risk, Clinical, Product, Operations, and People teams
- Lead ethics and compliance education, communications, and awareness initiatives
- Provide compliance reporting to executive leadership, committees, regulators, and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 12+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal compliance, audit, or risk management
- 5+ years leading high-performing compliance teams and enterprise initiatives
- Experience designing and maintaining healthcare compliance programs aligned with OIG guidance and regulations
- Experience in regulated healthcare settings (health plans, providers, health tech)
- Track record translating regulatory developments into enterprise priorities and controls
- Experience leading investigations, monitoring, audits, risk assessments, and policy governance
- Ability to advise senior leaders on complex regulatory issues and drive resolution
