Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer within the Global Enterprise Premier Segment, you act as a trusted advisor on pre-sales efforts for enterprise customers. You'll demonstrate Cisco products, design solutions, and align offerings with client challenges to drive business outcomes. You'll collaborate with account teams and architects to tailor architectures for large customers and stay current on competitive solutions. This role offers exposure to Cisco's technology palette in financial services and the chance to influence enterprise-scale deployments. • Serve as a pre-sales technical specialist on an account team, delivering demonstrations and configuring solutions to meet customer needs
• Translate customer challenges into Cisco-based architectures and business value propositions
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Architects, and other SEs to present solutions for large global customers
• Provide architectural perspectives across Cisco product portfolio and apply technical specialization to opportunities
• Act as a trusted technical adviser to customers and account teams
• Monitor competitive solutions and stay informed on related technologies
• Support development of formal sales plans and proposals for opportunities

• 5+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with competitors
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP) are highly desirable
