Responsibilities- Develop and productionize ML/NLP models and Gen AI solutions at scale
- drive data extraction strategies, model retraining, and data quality governance
- advise on technical specifications with cross functional teams and clients
- identify trends across data sources to plan platform-wide updates
- own dashboards and SQL driven data visualizations for stakeholders
- explore new data products from analyses and support ad hoc data studies
- lead and influence multiple teams to balance innovation with reliability
- contribute to соблюдение model review management and data management principles
Key requirements- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with Advanced Degree or 11+ years overall
- Four years of experience designing ML/AI models for fraud detection
- Four years of experience solving data problems with SQL, Hadoop, Hive, NoSQL
- Expert in Python
- Experience with LLMs for feature extraction and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience building agentic workflows
- Knowledge of production ML lifecycle and governance in data platforms
- Experience with high-volume transaction/data processing systems (preferred in payments)
