Responsibilities- Lead and develop site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the North American Fulfilment Network
- Develop and execute maintenance plans and reliability strategies to increase facility uptime
- Drive maintenance best practices, safety culture, and KPI-driven process improvements
- Oversee budget, capital planning, and vendor/equipment relationships to optimize costs
- Monitor compliance, audits, and training across the network; ensure safe work practices
- Recruit, hire, and develop maintenance talent and support large-scale commissioning of projects
- Provide visibility to General Managers on maintenance conduct and performance
- Travel up to 20% and support relocation as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing 80+ employees including salaried staff
- Experience leading change and maintenance teams across multiple sites
- 7+ years of leadership experience in maintenance
- Strong communication
- Teambuilding and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Material handling equipment (MHE) and large integrated systems maintenance
- Data analytics and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, SQL
