Overview As Director, Capital Planning you will lead the firm's capital planning, forecasting and governance efforts to optimize liquidity and funding across global entities. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver capital strategies, regulatory deliverables, and CCAR/stress testing improvements. You'll shape policies, controls, and training to strengthen risk management while supporting senior management through clear, concise analysis and presentations. This role combines hands-on analysis with strategic oversight in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities- Lead capital planning, forecasting and optimization across the firm's entities
- Govern governance frameworks, policies and guidelines for capital management
- Oversee regulatory deliverables and exams, including CCAR/stress testing
- Coordinate production and coordination of presentations for senior management and steering committees
- Support stress testing automation and process enhancements with strong internal controls and governance
Key requirements- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills to summarize complex problems clearly
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with collaboration

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CCAR/stress testing is a plus
