Overview As Senior Mineral Resource Geologist, you will lead geologic modeling and resource evaluation for our US Mining team, delivering exploration and resource-reserve support across projects. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups, guide client work, and contribute to business development. You'll apply geologic modeling, data interpretation, and reporting expertise to drive confident resource estimates. Responsibilities- Build geologic models using MinePlan, Leapfrog, Vulcan, Geologist or similar packages
- Analyze data with database and GIS tools (Microsoft Access, Excel, ArcGIS, MapInfo, Torque)
- Author Qualified Person (NI43-101) or Competent Person (JORC) reports after necessary experience
- Manage and implement resource exploration and evaluation programs
- Assist in developing work with new and existing clients
Key requirements- Diverse background in exploration and mining projects
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Attention to detail and QA/QC capabilities
- Understanding of NI43-101, JORC and SEC SK-1300 reporting requirements
- Ability to develop professional network in local and national markets
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to remote locations for short periods
- Willingness to pursue a P.G. or QP within two years
