Responsibilities- Develop and implement models that enhance LLM capabilities and reliability
- Research and build scalable ML models for real-time processing
- Advance Responsible AI practices and methodologies
- Define strategies and metrics for progress in Deep Learning, RAG, and LLMs
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers across Optum AI
- Drive adoption of new science and best practices among service teams
Key requirements- 5+ years in ML for NLP, multimodal processing, or related AI domains
- 3+ years with Generative AI, LLM grounding, fine-tuning, or improvement of pre-trained LLMs
- 3+ years DL frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- 3+ years developing ML applications
