Overview As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Converge for Healthcare, you work at the intersection of client delivery, engineering, and product strategy to translate healthcare data into agentic, production-scale solutions. You'll collaborate with Health Care consulting teams and product/engineering squads to adapt Data Studio capabilities to client workflows across provider and payer domains. Your role combines deep technical work with healthcare domain fluency to deliver durable, scalable outcomes in real client environments. This position offers impact by shaping data-driven use cases and feeding field learnings back into the platform roadmap.
Responsibilities- Partner with health care consulting and product teams during the sales cycle to perform technical discovery, demos, and use-case fit assessments
- Develop agentic use cases on Data Studio, adapting existing libraries or building greenfield solutions for production-scale deployment
- Define data and context requirements for agentic use cases and collaborate with data engineering and client teams to ensure readiness
- Support client enablement, training, onboarding, and post-launch value realization
- Capture client needs and field learnings to inform product requirements and reusable extensions
- Engage in field-to-product feedback to translate delivery learnings into actionable capability requests
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 4+ years in software engineering, solution deployment, data engineering, or client-facing technical delivery
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and/or Python
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
