Overview In this role you manage the full lifecycle of outsourced finance and accounting engagements, overseeing staff and deliverables while maintaining client relationships. You will assess financial performance, develop proposals, and ensure timely billing and issue resolution. You'll work with clients to align services with their evolving needs and contribute to strategic financial management.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end outsourced engagements with finance and accounting scope
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and create financial statements and analyses
- Assess client technology packages and advise on optimal use
- Facilitate client discovery, map current finance structures, and design integrated solutions
- Determine engagement costs and propose profitable fixed-fee scopes
- Support client leadership on accounting policies and business evolution
- Manage change and conflicts, and lead engagements from planning to delivery
- Oversee staff productivity and engagement quality, including billing and project metrics
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion
- Coordinate with tax specialists and refer tax matters as needed
Key requirements- Seven+ years of general accounting experience
- Three+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with outsourced or delivery center operations (preferred)
- CPA certification (preferred)
- Experience with accounting software and BDODrive platform (QBO, NAV, ) (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
