Overview In this role, you will lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance programs from design to deployment, serving as the Finance authority and ensuring best practices. Responsibilities- Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations from design through deployment and stabilization
- Act as the Finance solution authority, promoting Fit-to-Standard adoption and SAP best practices across finance processes
- Facilitate client workshops and executive discussions to map requirements to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end Finance solutions (Record-to-Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, Project Financial Management)
- Oversee functional delivery teams and manage design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and cutover activities
- Lead sales pursuits, solution design, estimation, proposals, and pursuit activities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud opportunities
- Mentor and develop consulting professionals within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud practice
- Uphold professional integrity and a respectful, collaborative work environment
- Lead executive-level discussions with CFOs and Finance leadership teams
- Support private equity portfolio companies, carve-outs, integrations, or accelerated ERP deployments is preferred
Key requirements- 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Proven leadership on at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance implementations
- Deep R2R expertise including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Financial Reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition; familiarity with Fit-to-Standard, CBC, SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, and AI capabilities
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions with CFOs and Finance leaders
- Experience selling, scoping, estimating, and delivering SAP transformation programs
- Experience with private equity portfolio companies, carve-outs, integrations, or accelerated ERP deployments (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
