Overview In this role, you lead a team delivering revenue forecasts, commercial insights, and predictive analytics to enable profitable growth for the Industrial Businesses. You partner with FP&A, Commercial leadership, Sales, Pricing, and Marketing to identify revenue drivers and improve forecast accuracy. Working with the FP&A COE, you advance predictive forecasting methods and AI-enabled insights, driving data-driven decisions at scale. You will shape the roadmap for enterprise analytics and foster continuous improvement in forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities- Lead development of revenue forecasts and predictive models for the Industrial Business.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Pricing, and Commercial teams to identify revenue drivers and market dynamics.
- Develop forecasting methodologies incorporating internal metrics and external indicators.
- Monitor forecast performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
- Assess drivers such as volume, price, mix, and channels on revenue.
- Provide actionable insights on growth opportunities, market trends, and risks.
- Create executive-level analyses and recommendations supported by quantitative data.
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics across the organization.
- Establish governance for standardized forecasting and continuous improvements.
- Lead design and deployment of dashboards and reporting tools to support decision making.
Key requirements- 5+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience building forecasting or predictive analytics solutions.
- Proven track record supporting revenue-focused decision making.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Dataiku, Databricks, and Excel modeling.
- Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in predictive forecasting, revenue analytics, data storytelling, and cross-functional partnership.
